Section control stands SCS-1 and others.
The stand is designed to control the magnetic properties of the rotor sections used in the manufacture of eight-pole valve electric motors of the type VD117V5 and VVD117V5, during their production, as well as to control sections that were in operation.
During the control of the rotor section, the stand performs
- measuring the parameters of the rotor section;
- displaying the progress of the test process;
- calculation of parameters based on measurement results;
- logging of the SR test progress and calculation results;
- archiving of the obtained test results for long-term storage.
The stand consists of:
- Control cabinet SHU SKS 1;
- Device for rotating the rotor section of the UV SCS 1;
- Computer rack: (modern personal computer with 17-inch LCD monitor, laser printer and uninterruptible power supply. Licensed Windows-7 and special stand software are installed on the computer).
