The control stations are designed to operate as part of drives based on valve electric motors of submersible centrifugal and screw pumps.
Main Functions:
- Control of rotation of electric motors of the VD, VVD and VDM types by applying voltage to the sections of the stator winding according to a special algorithm: six-pulse control with a voltage regulator in the DC link.
- The efficiency of the inverter is not less than 98%.
- Automatic maintenance of mining modes.
- Integration into remote control and monitoring systems via MODBUS RTU protocol.
- Protection of the electric motor and equipment of the station during operation of pumping units in abnormal modes.
- Working with electric motor telemetry systems.
- Logging of work.
